The store

M4RVL Beat Store sells non-exclusive and exclusive licenses to instrumental beats produced by M4RVL. All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

A license to use the beat — not the beat itself, except under the Exclusive tier. The specific rights, caps, and files for each tier (MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, Trackout / Stems, Unlimited, Exclusive) are described on each beat page and in the licensing guide. The full legal license text is shown on the beat page before purchase and forms part of these terms.
Producer credit is required on every release: "Prod. by M4RVL".

Delivery is instant and digital. The moment your payment clears, download links and your license PDF appear on screen and are emailed to you. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files — re-downloads are available on request.
MP3 leases are delivered tagged unless your tier states otherwise; higher tiers are delivered untagged.

Payments are processed securely. We never store your card or bank details.
All sales are final — see the refund policy. Prices and promotions (including Buy 2 Get 1 Free) apply at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
Discount codes must be entered before payment; they cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Licenses are non-transferable. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your licensed beat or stems with anyone else.
One license covers one artist/act per beat. If multiple artists record over the same beat, each needs their own license.
You may not claim ownership of the beat, register it as your own composition with a rights organization, or use it in a way that blocks the producer from licensing it to others (leases are non-exclusive; the Exclusive tier transfers full ownership as described in its license text).
Free tagged MP3s are for demo and non-commercial use only. They may not be commercially released, monetized, or distributed.

Filing a chargeback after receiving working files is considered license fraud. Chargebacks result in immediate license revocation and a permanent ban from the store.
We may refuse or cancel orders where fraud or abuse is suspected, with a full refund of the payment.

Beats are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, M4RVL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of beats or this store. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase governs your order.
