- Name — for guest checkout, so your license documents are issued correctly.
- Purchase records — which beats and licenses you bought, so we can re-issue files and licenses if you ever lose them.
- Basic usage data — which beats get played, so we can improve the catalog.
Payments
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number or bank details — that data goes straight to the processor over an encrypted connection.
- We keep a record that a purchase happened (order ID, amount, items) and nothing more.
How we use your information
- Delivering your files, licenses, and free downloads.
- Sending new-drop alerts and discount codes — only if you opted in.
- Customer support and fraud prevention.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
- Send you anything you did not ask for. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Cookies & storage
- Your cart is stored in your own browser (localStorage) — it never leaves your device until you check out.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion at any time — email contactm4rvl@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will handle it within 14 days.
- Deleting your data does not delete your purchased licenses — those remain valid, but we will no longer be able to re-issue your files.
