Licensing, in plain English
A lease lets you release music on a beat without buying it outright. Higher tiers mean higher caps and better files. Every tier includes the full legal license text on the beat page — read it before you pay.
For demos and non-commercial releases. A tagged MP3 to write and test records with.
For serious singles. Untagged studio-quality WAV with more room to move.
For records that need a real mix. Every stem, tracked out and ready for your engineer.
For catalog artists. No caps on streams or sales — the beat works as hard as you do.
The beat is yours alone. It leaves the store the moment you buy it — no one else can ever license it.

Questions, answered
Do I own the beat when I buy a license?
With a lease (MP3, WAV, Trackout, Unlimited), M4RVL keeps ownership of the beat and you get a license to use it within the caps of your tier. With Exclusive, you get full ownership of the instrumental and it is removed from the store.
Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes. If your song outgrows your tier, you can buy a higher tier for the same beat — you only pay the difference. Contact us before checkout and we will arrange it.
What does "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" mean?
Every lease in your cart counts. When you buy two or more leases, the cheapest one is free — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
How do I get my files?
Instantly. The moment your payment clears, download links and your license PDF appear on the checkout page and are emailed to you.
Do I have to credit the producer?
Yes — "Prod. by M4RVL" in the song title or description on every release, on every tier. It is part of the license terms.
Ready to find your beat?
Every beat page shows all five tiers with live prices and full terms.
